Rexa PRO is a submersible sewage pump made completely of cast iron with vortex and single channel impellers, ideally used for permanent installations pumping wastewater and sewage, wastewater containing faeces, and sludges up to maximum 8% dry matter (depending on the selected hydraulics).

An important feature of the RexaPro is the ability to reach high heads (upto 50 metres) with low to medium flows while still maintaining a small motor size and high solids passage without the use of a macerator.

These smart pumps are the latest developments in motor and hydraulics technology and offer integrated control intelligence: We use Wilo’s Nexos Intelligence to create systems that are capable of responding to local changes in conditions without requiring the operator’s intervention by using intelligent energy-efficiency optimisation and a highly sophisticated clogging detection function.

The DDI integrated into the motor comprises the IP-based, digital Ethernet interface as well as a data logger, a digital rating plate and an integrated vibration monitor.

Submersible mixers for the most effective mixing of wastewater treatment systems, ponds, pump stations and sumps. The Wilo-Flumen OPTI and EXCEL TR and TRE mixer series use the latest in european design to prevent almost all cavitation so that low-wearing operation is guaranteed at all times.

The turbelence from the thrust and with the low mounting position prevents solids from being able to settle and ensures a properly mixed system. Benefits like the ceram coated body, pantented reverse screw hub and new precision-cast stainless steel propellers guarantee low wearing operation.
