ABAQUE Peristaltic Hose Pump is the solution for abrasive products containing suspended particles. Pumping action is by compression of a circular loop of elastomeric hose with two opposed rotating shoes. With this rotational motion fluid is pushed ahead inside the hose which is compressed and relaxed by the rotating shoes. When each shoe reaches the end of the loop, the reinforced tube immediately returns to its original shape, thereby creating suction and priming with a strong vacuum – pulling more fluid into the hose.

Eccentric Disc Pumps
The unique feature of eccentric disc pumps is the pumping action. This gentle rotary piston design conveys the product with a very gentle action.
This pumping action also creates a high vacuum after pumping a compression effect that can be used for line stripping / product recovery. The high repeatibility also makes them excellent for applications where percision control or accurate dosing rates are required.

Vane Pumps
The vane pump is composed of a body called stator and of a rotor with sliding vanes that rotate around the eccentric housing. Integral with the rotor, the vanes can slide and maintain permanent contact with the inside of the stator due to centrifugal force, and under certain conditions the use of pushrods.
The liquid is positively displaced through this motion making them ideal for products with a reasonable level of lubricity. Being available in stainless steel with peek vanes or cast iron construction makes these pumps suitable for a wide variety of applications.

The vane pump is composed of a body called stator and of a rotor driven in rotation and is also eccentrically mounted within the stator. Integral with the rotor, the vanes can slide and are maintained permanently in contact with the inside of the stator due to centrifugal force, and under certain conditions, to pushrods. The liquid transfer drives the rotation of the rotor drives.

Chemical Mag Drive Pumps
In seal-less magnetic driven pumps the external magnet is connected to the motor shaft and it transmits the torque to the internal magnet.
The magnetic field created produces a rotation without physical contact between the parts so the impeller can spin and move the liquid.
The rear casing has a can between the two magnet joints that hermetically closes the hydraulic part from the motor. This design ensures that a the can separating the magnets produces a rotary seal free design. These are an excellent option for transferring chemicals and with various designs and materials they fit an extended range of applications.
