SCM ASP-V / ASP-F
The low-speed aerators series ASP are suited to pump big water quantities with reduced absorbed power. They are mainly used in waste water treatment plants for biological treatment of wastes and in lagooning systems.
- ASP-F version has been created for stationary installations
- This version is equipped with galvanized painted steel rotor, or, upon request, stainless steel rotor
- The rotor may alternatively be made from fiberglass (ASP-V variant), reinforced internally by a steel frame
- For installation in tanks or lagoons without a gangway or platform, or for variable liquid levels, the version for floating installation (ASP-G) is available
- Motor sizes 0.75 – 75KW
- Rotational speed 45 – 80RPM.
The high-speed floating aerators are designed for lagoons, variable level tanks, water storage basins and for mixing tanks in general.
Pumped water action results in the transfer of the oxygen obtained from the water chipping.
Units can be easily added or relocated.
The system is particularly useful for variable liquid levels or whenever there is the need to oxygenate and at the same time cool down the processed liquid, or prevent odour arising.
SCM tecnologie SCL / SC
SCM tecnologie SCL / SC series aerators ~ radial submersible aerators for aeration treatment of wastewater or whenever mixing with air is required.
SCLK aerators are particularly suitable for deep tanks and high oxygen requirements; they are equipped with a submersible gearmotor and a slow-rotation impeller.
Fed by a blower and unique feature, the use of a double speed motor allows a proper mixing even without using air.
The system maintains the correct oxygen level and a suitable energy consumption by balancing the air flow and the impeller rotation speed, even on any individual aerator in the basin, by using inverters.

The Air-Get system is based on the principle of coupling a submersible pump with one or more ejectors.
Motor pumps with different power ratings and hydraulic properties may be coupled with ejectors with different flow rates so as to meet the demands of a wide range of applications.
The liquid pumped is conveyed through one or more ejectors and this process causes a pressure drop that allows the air suction to occur through a pipe connected to atmosphere.
The Air-Get system is particularly useful in oblong rectangular tanks and round or ring-shaped basins.
SCM TUBE DIFFUSERS
They are usually organised into preassembled self-supporting units, easy to transport and install.
These systems are based on square-section tubes in stainless steel, which perform at the same time the function of feeding the diffusers and the function of support.
The number of diffusers and the dimensions of each system can be customised upon request.

The most commonly used material for the membranes is EPDM rubber. Membranes made from alternative materials are, however, available upon request for applications in particularly aggressive wastewater.
SCM PANEL DIFFUSER
By using panel diffusers, it is therefore possible to cover the same surface with a smaller number of units.
Another strong point of the panel diffuser is constituted by its modular structure, which allows for strips of different lengths to be assembled.
The special supports allow for direct installation at the bottom of the tank without the need for intermediary support structures.

The disc diffusers may be supplied loose, or organised into systems or networks.

SCM COURSE BUBBLE DIFFUSER
These diffusers are entirely made of stainless steel and can be considered a perfect solution for applications that do not require a remarkable oxygen transfer but rather a mixing action.
Coarse bubble diffusers are successfully utilised in sand and oil separation processes; their particular open non-clogging structure and the building materials they consist of ensure resistance to corrosion and long life.
As the tube diffusers, coarse bubble diffusers can be arranged as preassembled self-supporting structures, that can be easily transported and installed.
